Empty Supermarket - preparation of possible earthquakes

For those of us living in Tokyo (and other parts of Japan), we quickly got used to the empty supermarkets and convenient stores.
次の地震に備えるためか、スーパーとコンビニの棚の商品はほぼなくなった。
でもこの光景に、いま東京（日本）に住んでいる人たちはすぐ慣れたように思う。
